As director of accounts at Gorilla 76, Annie DeMartino leads one of the agency’s three client services teams, keeping strategy, execution and performance aligned around what matters most: business outcomes. She oversees a cross-functional team of strategists, content creators, designers and performance marketers, turning growth goals into clear, actionable plans for industrial clients.

Annie’s approach starts with alignment. She works closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges and expectations, then puts the structure and accountability in place to keep things moving. Internally, she focuses on removing roadblocks, improving how work gets done and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.

Over the course of her 10-year career in account management, Annie has built a reputation for stepping in when the stakes are high. Whether she’s managing demanding client relationships, getting behind-schedule projects back on track or solving operational challenges, she brings a hands-on leadership style that keeps teams focused and projects moving forward. Her leadership philosophy is simple: show, don’t tell.

Since joining Gorilla more than six years ago, Annie has played a key role in scaling the agency’s account management function and standardizing how client success is delivered across engagements. Beyond her client work, she plays an active role in our company’s culture and community efforts, including leading the agency’s partnership with City Academy’s pen pal program.

A proud St. Louis native and big time Missouri Tigers fan, Annie earned a degree in communication and a minor in business from the University of Missouri. She brings that same Midwest practicality and work ethic to her work, helping manufacturers turn big goals into measurable progress.
