Brendon is a director of accounts at Gorilla 76, where he leads a team of writers, strategists, designers and performance marketers building programs that help industrial manufacturers reach real business goals. Before joining Gorilla in 2021, he spent seven years in-house at manufacturers including Graco, Micro Control Company and ProtoLabs. That experience is the bedrock of how he works. He knows what it's like to be a marketer on a lean team, responsible for a little bit of everything and expected to drive results without much runway. That perspective, combined with a disciplined instinct for strategy, makes him especially effective at building programs that cut through technical complexity and connect with buyers.
Since joining Gorilla, Brendon has brought that foundation to dozens of industrial brands. He's also shared what he's learned with the broader industry as co-host of The Manufacturing Marketer, the podcast he launched in 2022 that grew listenership by 129% in 2025. He's equally active on LinkedIn, where he regularly shares insights with clients, colleagues and the wider industrial marketing community.
Another influence on Brendon's leadership comes from his 16 years as an officer in the Minnesota Army National Guard, including two deployments to the Middle East. The role has given him a framework for strategy under pressure: set a clear direction, build in flexibility, read the environment and keep people moving. Those principles continue to shape how he leads clients and teams today.
Brendon earned a bachelor's degree in marketing, a master's degree in marketing and a graduate certificate in digital experience, all from the University of St. Thomas. He lives in Minnesota with his wife and three kids. When he's not working, he's reading history or fantasy novels, or getting tackled by said kids.
